Valentine's Day Crafts and Ideas
Valentine's Day is soon approaching, so let's get a head start. After browsing around the internet (via Pinterest), I hand picked a few of my favorite Valentine's ideas to share with you. I am including the direct links to those websites for the project details. I hope you check them out and enjoy!
I could not locate the link for the original website this came from (If you know please tell me and I'll gladly link to their site and give them credit). The image is pretty self-explanatory and a wonderful idea. I'm thinking these would make great classroom treats. :-)
Over at The Brown Eyes Have It Kimberly shows us how to make this adorable melted crayon canvas. This would make a wonderful gift in place of a traditional card.
Kierste shows us how to make these SUPER adorable thumbprint valentine's day cards on her blog Simply Kierste. These would be a great idea to make for Dad (or Mom) from the kids. I don't know about you, but I simply love anything with thumbprints, handprints, and footprints from my kids. :-) She also has a lot of other cute Valentine's day crafts and projects on her site.
Over at Living With Three Moon Babies, Marjorie shows us how to make these adorable gumball machine valentine's day cards. I these would make awesome classroom treats. She even includes the printable so you can make them yourself.
Over at the Spoonful website you can find instructions to make these awesome iPod Valentine's Day treats!! I love it!! :-) The printable for the scroll window and pinwheel are included.
Jenn, over at Clean and Scentsible shows us how to make this really precious handprint canvas. As I mentioned before, I am all about anything including handprints from my precious little ones. I love how fun and creative this project is. It's definitely something that will be a cherished keepsake for years to come.
At Mom On Timeout, Trish shares with us these adorable and easy to make Bling Rings made from pipe cleaners and Kiss candy! How cute! My kids would absolutely love these. I think I'm going to have to make a few for them. :-)
At Plaid website they have instructions on how to make this cute Valentine's Day card holder using a cereal box! Love the idea. This would be great for your child to use at school or even at home. I think we might make this and have the kids make cards for each other in the week before Valentine's Day then deliver and read them on the holiday. :-)
Over at The Frugal Girls they share a few variations of Valentine's Day canning jar gifts. These are really easy and creative if you have a few friends you would like to give gifts to. For those hosting a Valentine's day party these would make great favors. :-)
Lastly, one of my favorites...At Melissa's Bargains website there is a perfect idea for a Valentine's Day card. So precious!! I think I need to make these with my kids and frame them. :-)
I hope you all found these useful or at least enjoyed browsing through them. Remember, you don't have to wait until Valentine's Day to show the ones you love that they are cherish by you. Show them your love every day, every way and every chance you get. :-)
