Spinach Ham & Cheese Roll with Whole Wheat Crust

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Crust
1 1/2 C All Purpose Unbleached Flour
1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Honey

Filling
4oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Parsley Flakes
1 tsp Chives

1/2 cup Frozen Spinach
4-6oz of Chipped Ham (its what I had on hand but you could use shredded chicken)
1 cup Shredded Mozzerella

Start off by making a Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (Click HERE to view the instructions). Divide crust in half. (I used two different fillings. If you only want to use the spinach, ham and cheese filling then double the recipe to use on the whole crust.
 Soften your cream cheese and stir until smooth.
 Add the Apple Cider Vinegar and blend into cream cheese.
 Add in the black pepper...
 and the rest of the herbs and spices (Garlic, Chives & Parsley)
 Blend ingredients well into cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture over half of the pizza crust.
 Add the frozen spinach.
 Add the ham....
 Add the mozzarella.....
 You then want to roll the crust. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and place in the freezer to chill for about 30mins. Once chilled slice into about 10 pieces and place on a baking pan. Bake for about 18mins at 400 degrees.
