Homemade Diaper Rash Cream

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Unrefined Shea Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
**This is another recipe I LOVE!! I've been using it on Joey (11 months old) throughout today. It forms such a great protective barrier against moisture but the cornstarch prevents the cream from being too greasy! Love!! Joey is taking an antibiotic for his most recent ear infection and has been filling his diaper quite frequently. This cream has worked GREAT at preventing any rashes from developing. Thanks to Lindsay over at Passionate Homemaking for posting this. The original recipe can be found HERE.
I just loved this little dish I found at Walmart and decided to go ahead and mix the cream right in this....
Add the shea butter...
And the coconut oil....If it's cold when you're making this you may need to warm up the butter and oil to help them blend more smoothly. I didn't need to do this since it was warm enough in the house.
Then add the cornstarch and mix until it is a smooth consistency. I added about 1 1/2 Tbsp but you can add more or less depending on the thickness you want. Enjoy!
