Caution should always be used when using any herb, supplement, or essential oil. The best way to keep yourself safe and healthy is to know your body, which will help you know which items are best for your individual health and which are best to avoid.
Kelly Mom is a GREAT resource for nursing moms. Here are the herbs listed on that website that nursing mothers should avoid. These herbs may cause a decrease in milk supply.
