Berry Chicken Salad

So I've been trying to eat healthier lately and went through Wendy's drive thru the other night and saw they had a new salad with berries and chicken, yum! I ordered the salad and fell in love!!! As I scarfed it down (there was not a scrap left..haha) I memorized all the ingredients. Then I decided to try making my own at home.

Berry Chicken Salad

Prep Time 15 mins
Cook Time 0 mins
Servings 4-6

Ingredients
1 Romaine Lettuce stalk chopped
1/2 C Sliced Strawberries
1/3 C Blueberries
1/4 C Sunflower Seeds (you can use sliced almonds too but I didn't have those on hand)
2 Slices of Swiss Cheese
1 12oz Can of Chicken
Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (I used the Light dressing and it still tasted wonderful with less fat and calories!)

Directions

First chop and rinse your Romaine Lettuce

Then slice and rinse your strawberries and add them in the mixture.

Then rinse your blueberries and add them in. Mmmmmm....look at all that color!
Then add in the sunflower seeds (make sure you use the unsalted kind).

Then tear the slices of Swiss cheese into little pieces and add it to the salad. If you can find shredded Swiss that would be great, but I was only able to find the sliced Swiss.
Then drain your chicken and add it to the salad.
 Add in some Raspberry Vinaigrette....

Toss the salad and serve in smaller bowls. Make sure to get a little bit of everything in each salad. It's soooooo good. You really must try this....right now; yep....RIGHT NOW! :-D haha
